Responsibilities
Provide direction, coaching, and support to team members and clinicians in their assigned offices
Monitor workflow processes, outcomes, clinician/patient satisfaction and performance measures
Ensure offices are meeting or exceeding established clinical, operational, and financial objectives
Responsible for financial performance management of the assigned practice group
Coordinate and oversee responsibilities to ensure assigned offices operate efficiently
Accountable for monthly performance management and reporting
Partner and collaborate with shared services teams
Build a high performing team through selection, training, and performance management
Directly manage performance and engagement of direct reports
Support in-office clinician engagement activities
Oversee escalated patient complaints and partner with clinical/medical leadership to drive resolution
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years of healthcare leadership OR 5+ years of healthcare leadership experience required
