Responsibilities
Responsible for comprehensive operational and strategic HR service delivery (employee support, recruiting, etc.) for a selected international employee group
Sparring partner and point of contact for managers
Cooperative collaboration with the works council (e.g., works council hearings, company agreements)
Support for the strategic realignment, standardization and digitization of our HR processes
Implementation and participation in strategic HR projects (e.g., retention program, salary structures)
Initiation and support of change and organizational development processes
Close collaboration and constructive exchange across locations with the other HR Business Partners
Requirements
Completed degree or vocational training in a commercial field, ideally with an HR focus
Solid experience as an HR Business Partner, both operationally and strategically
Experience in an international environment (matrix organization)
Employment-law knowledge related to personnel matters and experience working with the works council
Very good German and good English skills
