Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow FM business within assigned territory by driving revenue and executing contracts
  • Build and manage long-term customer relationships
  • Engage multiple stakeholders to understand needs and deliver value-based solutions
  • Analyze territory and account performance, market dynamics, and customer trends to prioritize opportunities and drive growth
  • Provide hands-on exposure to complex healthcare selling and cross-functional collaboration

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare or medical device sales
  • Successful track record in selling medical supplies and/or capital equipment into hospital or Integrated Delivery Network markets
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred in Business, Healthcare, or a technical discipline
  • Territory sales execution
  • Long-cycle deal management
  • Forecasting and pipeline management
  • Contract-focused selling
  • Customer-focused with strong communication skills
  • Ability to navigate complex buying groups
  • Willingness to travel within the territory as needed
