About the role

  • Account Manager at FiscalNote serving and growing relationships with elected official offices. Ensuring clients use products to meet their goals with a focus on retention and contract expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Act as client's advocate and unofficial consultant
  • Serve and grow relationships with elected official offices
  • Enable House and Senate staff with Fireside and CQ/FN solutions
  • Ensure clients are using the product to meet their organizational objectives
  • Leverage policy and technical skills in implementing customized software projects
  • Build strong, personal relationships with clients for renewal and contract expansion

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional sales and field account management experience in government and/or technology with a proven track record of meeting sales & renewal and retention goals
  • Knowledge of Capitol Hill offices, operations, and software
  • Experience working in an account management/client success capacity with a SaaS product
  • High-performance record of sales and retention
  • Ability to successfully lead in-person meetings/demos with C-Suite level executives
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities, as well as exceptional time & organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Salesforce strongly preferred
