About the role

Responsibilities
- Participate in the full cycle of the recruitment process for all position types within the company, including internal movements
- Develop innovative recruitment strategies

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Industrial Relations
- 5 to 7 years of recruitment experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in French and English
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-service focus
- Creative mindset and curiosity about new trends
- Familiarity with various recruitment platforms
- Experience and proficiency in sourcing with LinkedIn Recruiter (asset)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively while meeting deadlines
- Strong planning skills and a focus on process optimization
- Autonomy, flexibility, initiative and rigor
- Positive attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and SharePoint (Intranet)
- CRHA designation, an asset
