About the role

  • Talent Acquisition Advisor managing recruitment processes for Pharmascience's various business units. Responsible for developing recruitment strategies and enhancing employer branding.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the full cycle of the recruitment process for all position types within the company, including internal movements
  • Develop innovative recruitment strategies
  • Advise and influence managers in their search for talent
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external partners
  • Represent the company at recruitment events to attract top industry talent
  • Maintain an active network of potential candidates for current and future needs
  • Develop partnerships with external organizations to diversify candidate sourcing channels
  • Contribute to the improvement and standardization of recruitment processes
  • Foster a positive candidate experience and support the evolution of the employer brand

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Industrial Relations
  • 5 to 7 years of recruitment experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in French and English
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-service focus
  • Creative mindset and curiosity about new trends
  • Familiarity with various recruitment platforms
  • Experience and proficiency in sourcing with LinkedIn Recruiter (asset)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively while meeting deadlines
  • Strong planning skills and a focus on process optimization
  • Autonomy, flexibility, initiative and rigor
  • Positive attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and SharePoint (Intranet)
  • CRHA designation, an asset
