Responsibilities
You are responsible for the installation, configuration and maintenance of our Windows 11 and macOS workstation systems, which are managed via Microsoft Intune
You receive and reliably process employee requests as part of first-level support
You analyse system faults using our monitoring system and forward relevant information to the responsible teams
You work closely with other departments to ensure smooth communication and efficient resolution of user issues
You create and maintain technical documentation and manuals for the systems you support.
Requirements
A completed IT qualification or the motivation, as an experienced hire or career changer, to master complex IT challenges
Ideally several years of experience in technical support or customer service
Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical matters clearly and understandably
Solid knowledge in supporting Windows and macOS workstation systems as well as in the Microsoft 365 environment
Experience in supporting and administering applications such as Jira, Confluence or comparable systems
Enjoy working in a team and the willingness to take on tasks independently and in a structured manner
Very good German language skills and English skills at least at B1 level.
