IT Systemadministrator / Change Manager responsible for IT support and change management at WIN. Working across multiple locations to ensure efficient IT operation and adoption of new systems.
Responsibilities
Provide technical support to colleagues for hardware and software issues — on-site or remote
Install, configure and maintain Apple products and support additional hardware
Maintain and manage internal systems and user accounts, and assist with updates
Ensure a stable, secure and high-performance IT operation
Support the rollout of new systems and processes and prepare them in an understandable way
Create and update technical guides, documentation and internal IT processes
Liaise closely with external service providers and other service areas
Support teams at our locations in Aachen, Berlin and Cologne — including business travel
Requirements
Completed vocational training in IT or solid practical experience in the IT field
Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and network technologies
Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and modern cloud services
Ideally experience with macOS and creative software such as Adobe Creative Cloud
Ability to communicate changes clearly
Willingness to occasionally visit other locations and provide on-site support
