About the role

  • Support representative assisting customers with their software solutions at GRÜN Software Group. Responsibilities include installation, troubleshooting, and customer support in Endingen.

Responsibilities

  • Support customers in their day-to-day operations
  • Install software components on customers' systems
  • Analyze application logs to diagnose and resolve issues
  • Assist with software customization
  • Evaluate data and create backups

Requirements

  • Reliable, customer- and solution-oriented
  • Good command of German
  • Flexible and team-oriented
  • Ideally: experience with Linux, databases, or SQL
