Inside Sales Representative responsible for client acquisition in the pet screening sector. Engaging single family and multi-family industries through research, outreach, and industry knowledge.
Responsibilities
Prospecting and Lead Generation through research, email campaigns, cold calling and networking.
Qualify leads to determine needs, timelines and priorities.
Create and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
Sales Presentations – prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations virtually and in-person.
Attend conferences and in person industry events focused on building sales pipeline or engaging prospective and existing clients.
Address customer questions and objections effectively.
Industry and Product Knowledge – understand and communicate the features and benefits of the PetScreening platform.
Stay up to date with industry trends, legislation, and competitors’ offerings.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our HubSpot CRM.
Attend and perform sales pipeline reviews and forecast.
Maintain updated account strategy and prospecting documentation.
Achieve or exceed annual quota.
Active update preparation and participation in all team and cross-functional meetings
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
2+ years proven success; experience in sale to the single family and/or multi-family industry preferred.
Experience with HubSpot, Tableau, or comparable software
Experienced Hunter - Generating leads, making calls, sending emails, completing product demo’s and closing business
Creative-thinking with organized day-to-day work habits
Strong listening and presentation skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Demonstrates a positive and team player attitude
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous, “self-starter” environment
Excellent critical-thinking and problem-solving skills – able to identify and propose solutions to technical and business issues
Ability to learn from & incorporate constructive feedback
