Responsibilities
Primary point of contact: Ansprechpartner for end customers for questions and concerns, providing expert support
Responsible for all inquiries from parking users to actively shape a positive parking experience
Manage customer-specific issues, including the Peter Park Ticket System and general customer inquiries
Support the strategic implementation and continuous development of CRM processes
Professional handling of challenging issues related to data protection and support for the secure implementation of relevant requirements
Close collaboration with Product & Tech, Customer Success, Project Management and Sales to develop optimal solutions for B2C customer inquiries
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in customer communication, customer service, customer relationship management or comparable areas
Strong hands-on mentality, excellent analytical skills and a positive, solution-oriented working style
Ability to quickly grasp complex matters and find clear, understandable answers for customers
Calm and professional demeanor, even in stressful situations with customers and colleagues
Strong team orientation, working closely with colleagues to develop optimal solutions and sustainable customer satisfaction
Confident use of MS Office; ideally experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Freshdesk, Zendesk or similar)
German at native level and English fluent in spoken and written form; additional language skills are an advantage.
