About the role

  • Customer Service Manager responsible for client inquiries and ensuring satisfaction in a digital parking solutions startup. Collaborating with internal teams to enhance user experience in Munich office.

Responsibilities

  • Primary point of contact: Ansprechpartner for end customers for questions and concerns, providing expert support
  • Responsible for all inquiries from parking users to actively shape a positive parking experience
  • Manage customer-specific issues, including the Peter Park Ticket System and general customer inquiries
  • Support the strategic implementation and continuous development of CRM processes
  • Professional handling of challenging issues related to data protection and support for the secure implementation of relevant requirements
  • Close collaboration with Product & Tech, Customer Success, Project Management and Sales to develop optimal solutions for B2C customer inquiries

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in customer communication, customer service, customer relationship management or comparable areas
  • Strong hands-on mentality, excellent analytical skills and a positive, solution-oriented working style
  • Ability to quickly grasp complex matters and find clear, understandable answers for customers
  • Calm and professional demeanor, even in stressful situations with customers and colleagues
  • Strong team orientation, working closely with colleagues to develop optimal solutions and sustainable customer satisfaction
  • Confident use of MS Office; ideally experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Freshdesk, Zendesk or similar)
  • German at native level and English fluent in spoken and written form; additional language skills are an advantage.
