About the role
- Pharma Commercial Launch Training Manager designing impactful training programs for customer-facing teams. Leading training initiatives in preparation for a mid-summer 2026 product launch.
Responsibilities
- Help design and deliver impactful training programs to elevate the knowledge and capabilities of customer-facing teams
- Coordinate & facilitate new hire training (virtual and live)
- Develop, implement, and facilitate training programs and workshops as required for National Sales and Plan of Action (POA) Meetings
- Identify learning gaps and create effective content that improves the desired outcome for our field teams in partnership with Director, Commercial Effectiveness & Training
- Manage the processes associated with the Medical, Legal and Regulatory review for appropriate training assets
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of experience
- 5-8 years of experience in a pharmaceutical/biotech company within a commercial organization
- Previous role within Commercial Enablement/Training team, experience supporting a Launch a plus
- At least 2 years of training experience, Corporate/In-house trainer experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with instructional design and facilitating training workshops to small and large groups in live and virtual environments
- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (e.g., mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations, etc.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines amidst shifting priorities
- Experience in the Immunology therapeutic area and rare disease markets is preferred
- Experience building and maintaining relationships across an organization
- Experience various learning administration systems and learning technologies
