About the role

  • Help design and deliver impactful training programs to elevate the knowledge and capabilities of customer-facing teams
  • Coordinate & facilitate new hire training (virtual and live)
  • Develop, implement, and facilitate training programs and workshops as required for National Sales and Plan of Action (POA) Meetings
  • Identify learning gaps and create effective content that improves the desired outcome for our field teams in partnership with Director, Commercial Effectiveness & Training
  • Manage the processes associated with the Medical, Legal and Regulatory review for appropriate training assets
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of experience
  • 5-8 years of experience in a pharmaceutical/biotech company within a commercial organization
  • Previous role within Commercial Enablement/Training team, experience supporting a Launch a plus
  • At least 2 years of training experience, Corporate/In-house trainer experience preferred
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with instructional design and facilitating training workshops to small and large groups in live and virtual environments
  • Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (e.g., mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations, etc.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines amidst shifting priorities
  • Experience in the Immunology therapeutic area and rare disease markets is preferred
  • Experience building and maintaining relationships across an organization
  • Experience various learning administration systems and learning technologies
