About the role

  • Talent Development Manager focused on advancing employee skills and growth at Engel & Völkers. Collaborating with leaders to implement development initiatives in Hamburg HQ.

Responsibilities

  • Design, support and further development of development programs and initiatives as well as implementation of measures to strengthen the learning culture
  • Management and analysis of global employee surveys, and deriving and preparing concrete recommendations for action
  • Analyze relevant data and produce reports to measure the effectiveness of our development initiatives
  • Advise employees and managers on learning needs and development opportunities, and design, facilitate and support internal workshops and training
  • Responsible for implementing Talent Development concepts and measures
  • Work closely with managers and employees to offer suitable development opportunities and contribute to the strategic development and upskilling of our internal talent.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Business Psychology or a comparable field, ideally with a focus on HR
  • Professional experience in HR with a clear focus on Talent Development
  • Proven success in designing and implementing training and development programs
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
  • Structured and results-oriented way of working
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to act as a trusted point of contact
  • Experience with HR systems such as Personio and Culture Amp
  • Interest in implementing digital tools and AI in Talent Development processes
  • Fluent German and very good English skills.
