About the role

  • Product Marketing Lead for Pepperstone focusing on crypto marketing strategy and high-impact campaigns. Collaborating with teams to drive acquisition and alignment in the crypto sector.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the product marketing strategy for Pepperstone’s crypto offering, shaping positioning and value propositions
  • Develop and execute integrated go‑to‑market campaigns for product launches, feature releases and growth initiatives
  • Own end‑to‑end campaign management from strategic brief and messaging through execution, optimisation and reporting
  • Partner closely with product, growth, content and regional marketing teams to ensure alignment and consistency
  • Drive high‑impact campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels to increase acquisition and trading activity
  • Develop customer‑focused messaging frameworks tailored to different trader segments
  • Analyse campaign and product performance to generate insights and continuously optimise strategy
  • Support lifecycle marketing initiatives across CRM and engagement channels
  • Monitor crypto market trends and competitive landscape to strengthen positioning and campaigns
  • Work closely with compliance and legal teams to ensure all marketing activity meets regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in product marketing, growth marketing or campaign leadership, ideally within crypto, fintech, trading platforms or financial services
  • Proven experience leading large‑scale, multi‑channel marketing campaigns with measurable impact
  • Strong product marketing fundamentals including positioning, messaging, GTM planning and launch execution
  • Ability to translate product features into compelling customer value propositions
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid media, social, lifecycle marketing and analytics
  • Experience with CRM and lifecycle platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using marketing analytics and reporting tools
  • Solid understanding of cryptocurrency markets, trading products and the broader blockchain ecosystem
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional leadership skills
  • Highly organised, execution‑focused and comfortable managing multiple priorities
