Responsibilities
Lead the product marketing strategy for Pepperstone’s crypto offering, shaping positioning and value propositions
Develop and execute integrated go‑to‑market campaigns for product launches, feature releases and growth initiatives
Own end‑to‑end campaign management from strategic brief and messaging through execution, optimisation and reporting
Partner closely with product, growth, content and regional marketing teams to ensure alignment and consistency
Drive high‑impact campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels to increase acquisition and trading activity
Develop customer‑focused messaging frameworks tailored to different trader segments
Analyse campaign and product performance to generate insights and continuously optimise strategy
Support lifecycle marketing initiatives across CRM and engagement channels
Monitor crypto market trends and competitive landscape to strengthen positioning and campaigns
Work closely with compliance and legal teams to ensure all marketing activity meets regulatory requirements
Requirements
5+ years’ experience in product marketing, growth marketing or campaign leadership, ideally within crypto, fintech, trading platforms or financial services
Proven experience leading large‑scale, multi‑channel marketing campaigns with measurable impact
Strong product marketing fundamentals including positioning, messaging, GTM planning and launch execution
Ability to translate product features into compelling customer value propositions
Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid media, social, lifecycle marketing and analytics
Experience with CRM and lifecycle platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar
Strong analytical mindset with experience using marketing analytics and reporting tools
Solid understanding of cryptocurrency markets, trading products and the broader blockchain ecosystem
Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional leadership skills
Highly organised, execution‑focused and comfortable managing multiple priorities
