About the role

  • Product Marketing Manager at Lexroom.ai developing brand and content strategies for legal AI markets. Leading product launches and market intelligence initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Messaging & Localization Strategy: Define brand positioning and narratives across various segments (from solo practitioners to large law firms). Responsible for managing and adapting content for Italian, Spanish, German, and English markets.
  • Product Launches (GTM): Lead Go-To-Market planning for new features, coordinating with Product and Sales teams while creating operational collateral (landing pages, email sequences, and one-pagers).
  • Market Intelligence: Analyze competition and customer feedback to map the buyer journey and directly influence the product roadmap.
  • Sales Enablement: Support the sales team with high-impact tools, including pitch decks, case studies, and objection-handling guides.
  • Brand & Content: Collaborate on thought leadership content, ensuring a consistent brand voice across all touch points and international markets.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years in B2B SaaS Product Marketing. Specific background in LegalTech, LegalOps, or professional services is highly valued.
  • Proven track record in crafting high-conversion positioning and product adoption strategies.
  • Proven startup mindset as the ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and build processes from the ground up.
  • Strong ability to bridge the gap between complex product features and customer-centric storytelling.
  • Linguistic Mastery (written and spoken) in Italian, Spanish, and English.
  • Bonus Assets: Familiarity with AI products, experience scaling a PMM function, and market knowledge of the DACH or Southern European regions.
