About the role

  • Product Marketing Manager responsible for bridging product development, marketing, and sales for AI-powered SaaS platforms. Focused on driving market positioning and commercialization for B2B technology solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop clear product positioning and value propositions
  • Translate complex product capabilities into customer-focused messaging
  • Define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and buyer personas
  • Conduct competitive analysis and identify market differentiation opportunities
  • Ensure consistent messaging across marketing and sales channels
  • Develop and execute Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for product launches and feature releases
  • Define product target segments, positioning, and messaging
  • Support pricing strategy and product packaging decisions
  • Work closely with marketing teams to align campaigns and demand generation efforts
  • Plan and coordinate product launches
  • Create and manage product launch plans and timelines
  • Develop product marketing assets including: Product pages, Sales decks, Product documentation, Product demos, Case studies, Explainer materials
  • Equip sales teams with sales enablement materials
  • Develop: Product presentations, Battle cards, Competitive comparison guides
  • Train internal teams on product messaging and value propositions
  • Support sales teams in addressing customer objections
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Gather insights from customers, prospects, and sales teams
  • Identify market opportunities and product improvements
  • Provide feedback to product teams based on market demand and user insights
  • Track product performance metrics including: Product adoption, Customer engagement, Conversion rates, Customer feedback
  • Work with marketing teams to improve product awareness and adoption
  • Identify opportunities to improve product onboarding and messaging
  • Work closely with: Product Managers, Engineering teams, Marketing teams, Sales teams
  • Ensure alignment between product development and market needs.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in Product Marketing, B2B Marketing, or SaaS Marketing
  • Experience working with technology products or SaaS platforms
  • Strong understanding of product commercialization and market positioning
  • Strong knowledge of: Product Positioning
  • Value Proposition Development
  • Go-To-Market Strategy
  • Customer Segmentation
  • Competitive Analysis

  • Ability to: Translate technical product features into business value
