  • Human Resources Specialist managing recruitment and employee relations at Live Support Agency. Implementing HR strategies and ensuring compliance with labor laws in Serbia.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company objectives
  • Manage the full recruitment and selection process
  • Conduct interviews and oversee onboarding of new employees
  • Maintain positive employee relations and workplace culture
  • Support employee development through training and coaching initiatives
  • Monitor employee performance and provide feedback
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Maintain HR documentation, reports, and records

Requirements

  • Fluency in Turkish (written and spoken)
  • Minimum 4 years of HR experience
  • English proficiency (B2 minimum)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational and administrative abilities
  • Innovative and critical thinking skills
