Account Executive leading B2B sales conversations to support AI, Data, and Tech Upskilling programs. Collaborating with Delivery, Marketing, and Product teams for effective program execution.
Responsibilities
Run sales meetings with company stakeholders — HR, L&D, Operations, C-level, and Innovation teams.
Build and present customized proposals covering scope, format, schedule, pricing, and funding options.
Manage and close deals end-to-end, from the first qualified conversation to a signed agreement.
Coordinate internally with Delivery, Finance, and Product teams to ensure what’s sold is realistic and deliverable.
Own the client relationship throughout the delivery process — maintain contact after close to grow long-term accounts, and develop case studies and marketing materials.
Manage your full pipeline in HubSpot, keeping deal status, next steps, and handovers up to date.
Collaborate with the BDR on lead handovers and share market feedback with the team.
Requirements
At least 2 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 1 year in a sales role.
Comfortable leading client meetings and managing commercial conversations end-to-end.
Structured, organized, and able to conduct effective discovery conversations.
Autonomous, proactive, and results-oriented.
Excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese.
Experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM (HubSpot is a strong plus).
Based in Lisbon.
