Responsibilities
Ensure the established plan for servicing the client portfolio (remote and/or in-person) in São Paulo is implemented;
Prospect new clients who have the potential/profile for implementing Pearson English solutions;
Present Pearson English solutions appropriate to each client’s profile;
Develop portfolio clients by monitoring institutions in their routine, conducting diagnostic assessments of needs, and prospecting new business opportunities (up-selling and cross-selling);
Report client-related information through the CRM (general activities such as contacts made, adoptions, sales pipeline, etc.);
Promote Pearson English solutions through presentations, workshops, and local events;
Maintain strong relationships with local distributors and booksellers.
Requirements
Cultural fit with Pearson.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, or related fields.
Experience in sales/commercial roles.
Advanced pipeline and forecast management skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Experience with CRM systems.
Intermediate English level.
Results-oriented, strategic mindset, dynamic, team player, and proactive.
Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
