Senior Talent Acquisition Partner driving full-cycle recruiting across global teams at Payscale. Collaborating with hiring managers to build diverse candidate pipelines and ensure exceptional candidate experiences.
Responsibilities
Perform full cycle recruiting independently for a variety of requisitions across revenue, customer, marketing, technology, finance, people, and other departments.
Support hiring across our global teams in The Philippines, United States, United Kingdom, Romania, and Canada.
Support recruiting strategy by building proactive, diverse talent pipelines through passive sourcing.
Partner effectively with recruiting team peers and cross-functional partners (HR, Finance, Total Rewards, etc.).
Lead impactful intake meetings with hiring managers to establish candidate personas and thoughtful interview plans.
Identify and attract highly skilled candidates that match the organization's needs and the job requirements using creative sourcing techniques.
Promote the organization’s employer brand to attract high-quality candidates and enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.
Accurately parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen resumes and perform interviews to analyze applicant's abilities.
Consistently gather relevant metrics to improve recruiting activities and effectiveness, focusing on pipeline and sourcing data, candidate experience, and employee satisfaction and retention.
Utilize various sourcing methods, including LinkedIn, our ATS, job boards, social media, and networking, to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
Commit to creating an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience.
Utilize your strong documentation and organizational skills, to ensure candidate data and job postings are compliant using our ATS, Ashby.
Requirements
Minimum 7 years of experience in talent acquisition preferably with emphasis in global full-cycle recruiting
Experience recruiting diverse roles such as, Go-to-Market, Sales, Data, Customer Success, G&A, and more
Preferably a blend of recruiting experience both in-house and agency
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems
Experience using Ashby or a similar ATS is a plus.
