Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
8+ years of Sourcing/Recruiting experience, preferably within a technical-focused corporate organization, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful global sourcing strategies.
Ability to use Talent Mapping, Research, and Competitive Intelligence to make data-driven decisions.
Optimize ATS/CRMs and implement change for critical hiring demands.
Understanding of innovative sourcing techniques and tools to identify, nurture, and hire passive talent.
