About the role

  • Senior Talent Acquisition Manager responsible for scaling Madrid Tech Hub at a growing tech unicorn. Focused on attracting top senior tech talent to strengthen leadership and technical capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop scalable recruitment strategies for our Product & Engineering roles.
  • Bring in Spanish market expertise to help osapiens stand out as an attractive option for Tech talent and drive Employer Branding initiatives
  • Work closely with our Co-CEO to clarify talent needs and develop the right strategies, together.
  • Improve candidate engagement and experience through open, honest communication.
  • Take ownership of our recruiting databases, managing them with the utmost care and using data
  • Keep up to date with current recruiting trends and integrate new methods to develop our team in the best possible way.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of recruiting experience in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.
  • Experience hiring for (senior) Product & Engineering roles and a deep understanding of Software Engineering is a must
  • Experience hiring for a SaaS company is considered a plus
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to align recruiting strategies with business objectives, foster a culture of growth and innovation.
  • Tech-savvy, with a strong interest and affinity for new technologies to develop our recruitment processes.
  • Proven expertise in global talent sourcing for niche Tech roles.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build solid internal and external relationships.
  • Strong experience in working with data and analytics.
  • Excellent knowledge of English and Spanish to master complex discussions and documentation.
