Responsibilities
Own the commercial strategy for the Technology vertical, including market positioning, service offerings, and revenue targets.
Build, develop, and lead a team of consultants to deliver consistent, high-quality recruitment across permanent, contract, and executive search mandates.
Drive new business development and expand strategic accounts through strong advisory relationships with technology leaders.
Win high-value engagements and oversee excellence in full-cycle delivery.
Lead forecasting, pipeline management, and profitability for the practice.
Develop team capability through coaching, performance management, and best‑in‑class recruitment methodologies.
Function as a senior brand ambassador within the Technology ecosystem.
Requirements
8–10+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with a strong focus on Technology
A proven track record of running a profitable 360° desk and leading a successful team.
Demonstrated success in new business acquisition, client growth, and securing retained or senior-level engagements.
Strong commercial acumen, confident negotiation skills, and a consultative approach
Executive presence and the ability to engage credibly with CTOs, CIOs, engineering leaders, and senior HR executives.
Experience coaching and developing consultants at all levels.
Passion for Technology and a clear understanding of the evolving talent landscape.
