About the role

  • Tech Recruiter sourcing and hiring talented, diverse people into Monzo's tech recruitment team. Playing a key role in structuring great hiring processes and ensuring inclusiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Working with Hiring Managers to structure and run great hiring processes
  • Helping hiring managers to identify skills they’re looking for and how best to assess these
  • Ensuring that every applicant feels valued, respected throughout their application
  • Refining hiring processes to make them simpler and more effective
  • Using data to work out what’s going well and where things could be better

Requirements

  • Experience recruiting for fast-paced, product-focused companies, especially in tech
  • Care deeply about inclusiveness and diversity
  • Love sourcing and pride yourself on your resourcefulness
  • Empathetic, adaptable and respectful of candidates’ needs and priorities
  • Can adapt your approach to work with a range of stakeholders with different needs
  • Can tell whether somebody has the skills we’re looking for, without relying on previous job titles or qualifications
  • Experience recruiting in-house at a startup or scale-up (preferred)
  • Worked directly with senior stakeholders (preferred)
