About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of complex sales incentive compensation programs
  • Manage a team of compensation analysts and provide guidance on program implementation
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align incentive plans with organizational objectives
  • Analyze compensation data to identify trends and provide strategic insights
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales incentive programs
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

Requirements

  • 8+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • World at Work Certified Sales Compensation Professional (CSCP) certification
  • Experience with Xactly
