Responsibilities

  • Execute plans to build and maintain partnerships with key payment entities
  • Build rapport with operational stakeholders at partner organizations
  • Manage contracts and agreements under senior guidance
  • Partner with product and marketing teams to implement new initiatives
  • Analyze partner performance data to identify improvement areas
  • Track regulatory updates impacting partnerships
  • Report partnership progress to senior leadership
  • Lead internal teams in resolving partnership challenges
  • Identify opportunities for partnership expansion

Requirements

  • 5+ years relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Partnership Management with banks, acquirers, processors, and payment service providers
  • Contract & Commercial Oversight to negotiate agreements and manage SLAs
  • Operational Excellence in payment processing performance
  • Optimization experience in transaction data analysis
  • Innovation & Growth through partnership with internal stakeholders
  • Issue Resolution coordination with partners
  • Market Intelligence to stay ahead of payment industry trends
