B2C Sales Representative for Patronus handling warm leads and providing product consultations. Building trust and guiding customers through the purchase process effectively while documenting leads.
Responsibilities
Telephone-based consultation and sales of Patronus emergency systems to interested customers (inbound & outbound)
Build relationships by earning trust and answering customer questions
Close deals through confident, persuasive sales guidance to successful purchases
Provide clear explanations of the Patronus emergency watch’s usage and processes
Document and follow up on leads in the CRM system
Provide feedback to marketing and product teams to help improve the offering
Requirements
Several years of relevant experience in customer-facing roles (e.g., hospitality, gastronomy, call centers, retail, etc.)
Interest in sales
Empathetic, professional, persuasive, and enjoy interacting with people
Motivated to reach targets and continuously improve
Reliable and conscientious work style with dependable outcomes and documentation
Team player; experience with CRM tools is a plus but not required
German C2 level, spoken and written
