Responsibilities
Customer support and communication: Primary point of contact for existing customers of Deutsche Telekom and Vodafone
Advice & support: Answer questions, solve problems and delight customers — transparently, service-oriented and with an eye for sales opportunities
Value-added sales: Whether through contract optimization or the conclusion of new contracts. You provide sustainable, pressure-free advice with the aim of creating long-term satisfaction
Multichannel communication: Whether via chat, email or telephone — you convince with professionalism, friendliness and clear communication
Requirements
Student: You are a currently enrolled student and can support us for at least 12 hours per week
Communication talent, empathy & helpfulness: You recognise what customers need and find tailored solutions
Reliability & self-organisation: You keep an overview and work reliably even in stressful situations
Language skills: Very good German skills, both spoken and written, are essential for this position
