About the role

  • Werkstudent Kundenservice supporting Deutsche Telekom and Vodafone customers. Engaging in customer communication and resolving inquiries through various channels.

Responsibilities

  • First point of contact for existing customers of Deutsche Telekom and Vodafone
  • Answer questions, resolve issues and delight customers
  • Provide sales consultation through contract optimization or by offering new contracts
  • Multichannel communication via chat, email or phone

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled student
  • Strong communication skills, empathy & helpfulness
  • Reliability & self-organization
  • Excellent German skills, both written and spoken
  • Motivation matters!
