Advice & support: Answer questions, resolve issues and delight customers — transparent, always service-oriented and with a sense for sales opportunities
Value-added sales: Whether through contract optimization or closing new contracts, you provide sustainable, pressure-free advice with the aim of creating long-term satisfaction
Multichannel communication: Whether via chat, email or phone — you communicate with professionalism, friendliness and clarity
Requirements
Strong communication skills, empathy & helpfulness: You recognize what customers need and find tailored solutions
Reliability & self-organization: You keep an overview and work dependably even in stressful situations
Language skills: Very good written and spoken German are essential for this position
