About the role

  • Sales Manager responsible for customer engagement in Cloud transformation and managed services. Collaborating with teams for business growth and long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Overall sales responsibility
  • Responsible for the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing Managed Services contracts.
  • Strategically expand existing customer relationships to secure them as long-term clients and continuously grow the business.
  • Acquire new customers with a focus on cloud-based services and S/4HANA transformation projects.
  • Coordinate and deliver customer presentations, workshops, and contract negotiations.
  • Develop and position tailored customer proposals in the context of Cloud Readiness Checks and assessments, S/4 transitions, system and service migrations, application support, cloud operations (e.g., on hyperscalers), license maintenance, and licensing advisory.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of sales experience in IT or Managed Services environments, ideally with a cloud focus.
  • Solid understanding of cloud technologies, SAP S/4HANA, transformation roadmaps, and operating models.
  • Strong sense for customer needs and the ability to develop compelling solutions.
  • Strong communication skills, a results-oriented/closing mindset, and a confident presence at the C-level.
