About the role
- Support Engineer ensuring client support and API integration for Partoo's platform. Collaborating between technical teams and customer care to resolve complex issues.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer support requests related to Partoo API integration and guide clients through the entire process.
- Investigate bug reports from internal teams, identify anomalies, and assess their criticality.
- Assign bugs to the appropriate technical teams and act as a liaison between internal teams and engineering to ensure a clear, efficient flow of information.
- Track tickets and communicate progress effectively to internal teams.
- Analyze technical requests from clients and internal teams, evaluate feasibility, and route them to the right teams.
- Ensure proper bug documentation practices and share this information with the Care and Success teams.
Requirements
- Engineering background, Master's degree or equivalent.
- Strong experience with APIs, ideally in a SaaS environment.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Strong communicator, rigorous and well organized.
- Analytical mindset to investigate issues, identify anomalies, and improve processes.
- Autonomous, proactive, and customer-oriented.
- Excellent team spirit and a curiosity to quickly understand diverse topics.
- Familiarity with JIRA or similar tools is a plus.
