Responsibilities
Initiate and monitor candidate assessments in collaboration with the hiring team
Track assessment timelines and ensure timely completion
Send reminders and follow-up communications to candidates regarding assessments
Collect, organize, and maintain assessment results for further evaluation
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
Send interview invitations and confirmations promptly
Manage calendar logistics and handle rescheduling requests efficiently
Maintain a centralized and up-to-date interview calendar
Provide regular status updates to candidates throughout the hiring process
Respond professionally and promptly to candidate queries and concerns
Communicate interview feedback and next steps to candidates
Prepare bi-weekly hiring updates for internal stakeholders including Pratyush and hiring managers
Track recruitment funnel metrics and progress towards hiring goals
Document candidate journey stages accurately
Identify and highlight any blockers or escalations in the hiring process
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Strong organizational and communication skills
Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Basic knowledge of recruitment processes is a plus
Comfortable working with digital tools and platforms for scheduling and communication
