About the role

  • Senior Key Account Manager managing and expanding ParkBee's existing Belgian portfolio in the hotel and commercial real estate sectors. Focus on client satisfaction, growth, and strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive communication and support
  • Build personal relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Belgian clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded
  • Develop and implement strategies to address client feedback and enhance service delivery
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth by expanding to new locations from your existing client portfolio
  • Promote and upsell additional products and features such as more parking spaces, ANPR cameras, full management services, and parking management software to existing clients
  • Manage and strengthen our strategic partnership with BePark (+150 locations) and other Belgian partners
  • Track account performance and client satisfaction metrics across the Belgian portfolio
  • Work closely with Operations to ensure smooth service delivery across Belgian locations
  • Provide insights on Belgian market dynamics, competitive landscape, and client needs

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in a key account management or customer success role, with a focus on client satisfaction and account growth
  • Demonstrated success in expanding existing accounts and driving revenue growth through upsell and cross-sell
  • Strong understanding of B2B business models and industry trends, particularly in hospitality or commercial real estate
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Able to initiate as well as execute impactful projects independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
  • Proficiency in CRM software (preferably Salesforce) and data analysis tools
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly across Belgium
  • Willingness to visit our Amsterdam HQ regularly for alignment and collaboration
  • Fluency in French and Dutch is mandatory; English proficiency required
  • Experience in Prop-Tech, hospitality tech, or related sectors is a strong advantage
