Responsibilities
Key Account Management with true ownership: You will independently build a strong B2B client portfolio and develop existing partnerships in the Out-of-Home segment — from initial discussions to long-term collaborations
Growth & New Business Development: You identify new sales opportunities — from local wholesalers to national players — and actively bring ahead into new channels and touchpoints
Negotiations & Partnerships: You confidently lead negotiations on terms, framework agreements, and listings, and understand how sustainable B2B partnerships work
Strategic development of the B2B area: You advance our B2B strategy, set clear priorities, and actively contribute to building and structuring our Out-of-Home business
Cross-functional collaboration: You work closely with Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Supply Chain to successfully execute promotions, launches, and activations
Market & Competitor Analysis: You analyze trends, competitors, and opportunities in the Out-of-Home market and derive concrete growth initiatives from your findings
Requirements
Several years of experience in B2B sales / key account management, ideally in FMCG, foodservice, or OOH environments
Strong understanding of Out-of-Home structures (e.g., kiosks, petrol stations, canteens, hotels, vending)
Negotiation confidence and experience in building long-term customer relationships
Strong analytical understanding of revenue, margins, and growth opportunities
Ability to plan strategically and execute operationally
High initiative, proactivity, and sense of ownership
Structured way of working and ability to manage multiple accounts and projects in parallel
You have fluent German skills
