About the role

  • Senior Lead Commercial Auto Relationship Manager overseeing complex client relationships in the Commercial Banking division at Wells Fargo in Florida. Driving strategic initiatives and managing overall client engagement and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, retain, and grow complex to highly complex client relationships through the art of relationship management
  • Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop, influence, or lead the structuring, modification, and renewal of highly complex cash flow, real estate loans
  • Lead the strategy and resolution for a full suite of highly complex solutions offered by Wells Fargo to commercial clients
  • Strategically engage with all levels across the enterprise to improve processes and risk control
  • Drive relationship planning activities to deliver the full suite of solutions and maintain sales and pipeline disciplines
  • Partner with Commercial Lending Product Management to provide vision, direction, and expertise to leadership on client and market needs

Requirements

  • 7+ years of Commercial Banking Relationship Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Successfully completed FINRA Series 63 and Series 79 exam to qualify for immediate registration (or FINRA recognized equivalents)
  • Completion of formal credit training program
  • Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of core banking products and services, such as commercial lending and treasury management
  • Demonstrated experience generating new client relationships, building and retaining long-term client relationships
  • Experience developing and maintaining external and internal partnerships
  • Experience identifying and mitigating risk, ensuring compliance with processes and procedures
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
