About the role

  • Tech Recruiter scaling the Technology department by sourcing top-tier engineering talent for papernest, a leading digital platform in Spain.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a diverse range of technical roles (e.g., Backend, Frontend, DevOps, Data).
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to build strong pipelines of passive and active candidates.
  • Partner effectively with hiring managers to understand their specific team needs and define clear selection criteria.
  • Conduct initial screenings and technical interviews to assess candidates' skills and motivation.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the entire process.
  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure data accuracy.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives, particularly those aimed at the French tech community.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and innovative recruitment techniques in the tech industry.

Requirements

  • Experience level - 3+ years of experience in technical recruitment, ideally within a scale-up or high-growth tech environment.
  • Full-cycle Tech Recruiting, Direct Sourcing (LinkedIn Recruiter, specialized platforms), ATS Management (Workday is a plus).
  • Excellent Communication, Results-Oriented, Adaptability.
  • Fluent French (C1/C2) and Professional working proficiency in English (B2+). Spanish is a plus.
