About the role

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with tech leads to determine the optimal architectural solution
- Ensure correct implementation of the architecture
- Provide solutions to internal technical teams
- Lead research activities and proofs of concept (POCs)
- Drive the implementation and adoption of AI-based tools
- Design and implement AI agents or features that incorporate AI
- Support tech leads and developers on architecture topics and best practices
- Contribute to development work to support teams with technical tasks
- Help define and improve the design doc / RFC process
- Identify areas of technical debt and propose solutions
Requirements
- 8 years of development experience with architecture or tech lead responsibilities
- Expertise in or strong interest in frontend development (TypeScript, preferably Angular)
- Knowledge of common architectural patterns (event-driven, microservices, modular monolith, CQRS, etc.)
- Good understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS)
- Ability to write precise and clear technical documentation
- Strong communication skills when working with technical, product, and business teams
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
