About the role

  • Business Development Representative engaging prospects about Prelude's authentication technology, igniting sales opportunities and qualifying leads for the growth engine. Partnering with AEs and BDRs, owning small deals and improving sales processes.

Responsibilities

  • As a core member of our Sales team, you’ll connect with a wide range of prospects and spark their interest in our authentication tech.
  • You’ll be on the front lines of our growth engine - partnering with AEs and fellow BDRs to uncover opportunities, start meaningful conversations, and fuel a steady pipeline of qualified leads, and owning the entire lifecycle for smaller deals.
  • Igniting new sales opportunities for Prelude
  • Identifying companies and people to target within your verticals/territories
  • Cold calling and emailing as well as experimenting with other channels to find new leads
  • Qualifying leads and pitching Prelude's value proposition
  • Improving processes as we scale our business

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Business Development or Sales
  • Proactive mindset with a relentless drive to start conversations, build momentum, and close deals
  • Bonus points if you know your way around HubSpot, Sales Navigator, Apollo, Phantombuster, or Kaspr
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Self-directed, resourceful, and a great team player
  • Excited to contribute to a mission-driven, fast-growing venture
  • Curious, coachable, and eager to learn by doing
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving startup environment
  • Confidence speaking English daily, and the ability to fluently speak Arabic
