About the role

  • Business Development Representative at Voluum connecting with potential clients through multiple channels. Qualifying leads and supporting sales activities in the SaaS performance marketing industry.

Responsibilities

  • Qualify incoming leads at the early stages of the sales funnel.
  • Identify and verify prospects across multiple channels (phone, email, Skype).
  • Book and engage prospects for demo calls.
  • Maintain and update the customer database with accurate information.
  • Conduct first‑ and second‑level research (e.g., LinkedIn) to support lead qualification.
  • Prioritise and categorise leads before passing them to the Sales Team.
  • Follow up on leads and support ongoing prospecting activities.
  • Provide daily activity reports (calls, emails, outreach stats).
  • Coordinate closely with the Sales Team and report directly to the Sales Team Lead.
  • Understand customer needs to ensure strong lead qualification.
  • Occasionally handle small‑scale sales opportunities.
  • Opportunity to progress into a Sales Manager or other business-focused roles.

Requirements

  • Highly driven and motivated
  • Keen interest in sales and desire to grow in this field (experience in sales is not required)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Ability to identify and develop new sales opportunities
  • A can-do attitude, openness, and the ability to talk to different kinds of people from different countries
  • Being open to travel and attend international conferences
  • Knowledge of using Hubspot CRM and Hubspot Sales
  • Understanding of performance marketing and affiliate marketing
