About the role

Responsibilities
- Accounts Payable (AP): execution and monitoring of payment processes and subprocesses, due-date control, cash flow analysis, and support in supplier management.
- Accounts Receivable (AR): management of collections, reconciliations, delinquency monitoring, report generation, and support for collection strategies.
- Compliance and Risk: ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations, identify financial risks, and propose mitigation plans.
- Continuous Improvement: analysis of financial processes, identification of optimization opportunities, and implementation of best practices to increase efficiency and quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
- Prior experience in treasury, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), bank reconciliations, and cash flow management.
- Strong knowledge of Excel and financial analysis tools.
- Experience with ERP systems is desirable.
- Analytical, organized, and strong communication skills.
- Must reside in the Curitiba/PR area for the hybrid work model.
- Intermediate or advanced English is a plus.
