About the role
- Support operational and analytical tasks for the Business Partner team at Bradesco while managing HR processes and strategic alignment in high-income segments.
Responsibilities
- Support the execution of recruitment processes (screening, scheduling, candidate communication).
- Manage, update, and maintain vacancy trackers and HR metrics dashboards (turnover, headcount, SLA).

- Assist in managing internal transfers and onboarding processes.
- Serve as a point of support for operational questions from segment leaders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources/People Management, or related fields;
- Experience in HR routines and/or supporting Business Partners;
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
