About the role

  • Support the execution of recruitment processes (screening, scheduling, candidate communication).
  • Manage, update, and maintain vacancy trackers and HR metrics dashboards (turnover, headcount, SLA).
  • Prepare management reports and presentations for leadership meetings.
  • Prepare executive PowerPoint presentations on common topics for the BPs (Business Partners).
  • Support HR proactive agendas.
  • Assist in managing internal transfers and onboarding processes.
  • Serve as a point of support for operational questions from segment leaders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources/People Management, or related fields;
  • Experience in HR routines and/or supporting Business Partners;
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
