About the role
- Compliance Consultant providing compliance support and managing projects for Workforce Benefits Division at Pacific Life. Collaborating with operations and sales teams to ensure compliance and develop processes.
Responsibilities
- Providing compliance support to the Workforce Benefits team
- Partnering with the operations teams to support and develop business operating practices, administrative procedures, and internal controls within company standards and regulatory requirements
- Establishing a monitoring and support function to facilitate tracking and resolution of operational risk issues in partnership with Operational Risk and Resiliency team
- Managing and implementing complex projects and innovative solutions in support of business and legal partners
- Leading preliminary review with Underwriting of complex groups; developing processes to facilitate assessment of potential association, trust, union and other non-standard group customers
- Supporting the sales team, including sales operations, to provide compliant, consistent, documented solutions and communications
Requirements
