About the role

  • Manager leading technology functions to enhance service delivery at PG&E. Responsible for infrastructure and application development with a focus on quality and productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate PG&E's business vision by improving service quality
  • Increase capabilities through the development/deployment of infrastructure and core business productivity application functionality
  • Implement new technology, reducing costs and increasing productivity
  • Facilitate organizational and business effectiveness through enabling technologies
  • Provide leadership for those involved in the development, design, testing, implementation, maintenance, support, and operations of PG&E's systems infrastructure

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or job-related discipline or equivalent experience
  • Experience in program management, large-scale
  • Experience in IT-Information Technology, 6 years
  • Masters Degree in job-related discipline or equivalent experience (Desired)
  • Utility industry experience, regulated (Desired)
  • LSS-Lean Six Sigma Certification (Desired)
  • PMI-Project Management Institute PMP-Project Management Professional certification (Desired)
  • ITIL-Information Technology Infrastructure Library Practitioner certification (Desired)
  • ITIL-Information Technology Infrastructure Library Manager certification (Desired)
