Responsibilities
Advise and support organizations, teams and individuals on behavioral psychology issues, with a focus on sustainable change
Design and deliver training programs, communicating knowledge clearly and persuasively
Build and maintain your own client network; actively participate in business development and proposal processes
Diagnose, design and implement interventions, workshops and trainings grounded in work psychology
Provide coaching to employees and managers during transformation phases
Lead projects from analysis through deployment
Expand the consulting portfolio and associated content, translating scientific advances into practical applications
Requirements
Fluent in French (C2) and German; good command of English
Master’s degree in psychology, ideally specialized in work and organizational psychology or economic psychology
Natural presenter and facilitator — you are concise and engage your audience
Experience in consulting, organizational, team and personnel development, coaching or adult education/training
Comfortable with complex and sensitive topics, handling them with confidence and tact
Proactive, structured work style, entrepreneurial thinking, and an interest in business development and sales
High mobility; available two to three days per week
