Responsibilities
- Advise and support organizations, teams and individuals on behavioral psychology issues, with a focus on sustainable change
- Design and deliver training programs, communicating knowledge clearly and persuasively
- Build and maintain your own client network; actively participate in business development and proposal processes
- Diagnose, design and implement interventions, workshops and trainings grounded in work psychology
- Provide coaching to employees and managers during transformation phases
- Lead projects from analysis through deployment
- Expand the consulting portfolio and associated content, translating scientific advances into practical applications
Requirements
- Fluent in French (C2) and German; good command of English
- Master’s degree in psychology, ideally specialized in work and organizational psychology or economic psychology
- Natural presenter and facilitator — you are concise and engage your audience
- Experience in consulting, organizational, team and personnel development, coaching or adult education/training
- Comfortable with complex and sensitive topics, handling them with confidence and tact
- Proactive, structured work style, entrepreneurial thinking, and an interest in business development and sales
- High mobility; available two to three days per week
