About the role

  • Consultant advising organizations on sustainable change, focusing on behavioral psychology and training. Engaging with clients and managing projects in a hybrid working model from Bern, Switzerland.

Responsibilities

  • Advise and support organizations, teams and individuals on behavioral psychology issues, with a focus on sustainable change
  • Design and deliver training programs, communicating knowledge clearly and persuasively
  • Build and maintain your own client network; actively participate in business development and proposal processes
  • Diagnose, design and implement interventions, workshops and trainings grounded in work psychology
  • Provide coaching to employees and managers during transformation phases
  • Lead projects from analysis through deployment
  • Expand the consulting portfolio and associated content, translating scientific advances into practical applications

Requirements

  • Fluent in French (C2) and German; good command of English
  • Master’s degree in psychology, ideally specialized in work and organizational psychology or economic psychology
  • Natural presenter and facilitator — you are concise and engage your audience
  • Experience in consulting, organizational, team and personnel development, coaching or adult education/training
  • Comfortable with complex and sensitive topics, handling them with confidence and tact
  • Proactive, structured work style, entrepreneurial thinking, and an interest in business development and sales
  • High mobility; available two to three days per week
