Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Agronomy, Communications, or related fields.
Postgraduate qualification in Marketing is a plus.
Experience in developing, managing, and implementing marketing programs, preferably in the sector.
Experience in Market Access strategies.
Ability to conduct in-depth data analysis, identifying trends, opportunities, and valuable insights.
Inquisitive mindset, challenging the status quo to optimize performance and foster innovation.
Ability to create original, creative solutions and develop marketing programs that add value.
Focus and agility in project management, ensuring effective program implementation and clear measurement of impact.
Availability to travel across Brazil to support and follow up with partners.
