Responsibilities
You handle incidents at 2nd- to 3rd-level support and find efficient solutions
You analyze and resolve more complex technical issues
You troubleshoot incidents directly via phone, remote access, or on-site
You take care of infrastructure, servers, and networks
You also create and maintain relevant documentation (e.g., manuals and guides)
You manage user and permissions administration
You work closely with developers and other key stakeholders within the company
Requirements
Completed training in IT or equivalent professional experience
Knowledge of Windows Server and M365/Azure
Demonstrated professional experience in ICT support
Category B driving license is an advantage
German, spoken and written (C1)
English, at least level B2
