Responsibilities

  • Respond to ongoing technical issues of KLA equipment
  • Assist field engineers in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and debugging equipment and systems
  • Collaborate with specialists and teams to resolve technical issues
  • Create document content relative to troubleshooting processes
  • Travel within the region and worldwide to support escalated issues on-site

Requirements

  • Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 0 years
  • Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 2 years
  • OR equivalent work experience
