Requirements
Solid professional experience in Human Resources — either in a holistic HR role or with a focus on recruiting or talent development.
Experience working in an IT- or technology-focused company.
Completed commercial vocational training (e.g., Personnel Services Specialist) or a degree with a focus on Human Resources.
Strong organizational skills.
Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
