About the role

  • HR Generalist managing employee lifecycle responsibilities for a growing tech company in Bad Hersfeld. Focusing on talent acquisition, onboarding, development, and HR administration with innovative software solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the central point of contact for HR matters and support the entire employee lifecycle.
  • Shape the candidate journey — from outreach to potential talent through to the successful integration of new team members.
  • Ensure new employees undergo a structured and professional onboarding process.
  • Support performance feedback discussions and assist team leads in deriving and implementing development measures.
  • Responsible for maintaining digital personnel records and optimizing existing HR processes.

Requirements

  • Solid professional experience in Human Resources — either in a holistic HR role or with a focus on recruiting or talent development.
  • Experience working in an IT- or technology-focused company.
  • Completed commercial vocational training (e.g., Personnel Services Specialist) or a degree with a focus on Human Resources.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
