About the role

  • Analista de Relações de Trabalho e Sindicais at Ipiranga negotiating with unions on labor agreements and managing compliance with labor laws.

Responsibilities

  • Will be responsible for actively negotiating agreements with unions regarding working hours, holiday swaps, Profit-Sharing (PLR) and collective wage adjustments.
  • Act proactively and preventively in monitoring the validity periods of collective agreements and conventions, as well as handling renewals.
  • Monitor labor inspections and audits.
  • Track updates to labor legislation, conducting research, revising procedures and communicating changes to internal teams.
  • Monitor, update and manage the KPIs of the labor and union relations area.
  • Advise internal clients, supporting managers on labor-related matters—primarily conflict resolution, questions regarding clauses of the collective bargaining agreement (CBA) and adherence to internal policies—ensuring clear guidance and strategic support.
  • Provide consultative support to the Integrity and Legal teams.
  • Produce presentations and executive reports (PowerPoint, Excel).

Requirements

  • Thorough knowledge of labor and union legislation.
  • Experience in union and labor relations.
  • Strong negotiation skills (including complex negotiations with unions), excellent communication, critical analysis, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to translate legislation into practical guidance for managers.
  • Diplomatic demeanor, resilience and a strong sense of urgency.
  • Organization and experience managing indicators/KPIs.
  • Required degree: Business Administration, Law, Human Resources Management or related fields.
  • Preferred: Postgraduate qualification in Labor Law and courses in negotiation.
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Advantage: knowledge of the GRTS system.
