HR Manager responsible for supervising HR operations across four countries at OVRSEA, ensuring collaboration with merger partners and enhancing employee experience through integration.
Responsibilities
Oversee OVRSEA’s HR function across four countries, managing a team and ensuring smooth HR operations and a high-quality employee experience from onboarding to offboarding
Collaborate with the HR teams of the two other companies involved in the merger to harmonize policies, processes and HR systems
Contribute to the success of the integration plan by fostering human engagement, in collaboration with the Integration Office led by Clémence
Ensure proper execution of all HR processes in coordination with the HR trainee and our external partners across the four countries
Design and deploy new policies or processes where appropriate
Coordinate the relationship with the CSE (Works Council) in France and facilitate related meetings
Provide regular HR reporting to the Executive Committee
Ensure compliance with applicable employment and labor laws
Serve as the daily point of contact and advisor to managers on all individual and collective HR matters
Requirements
8–10 years of experience in human resources
Ideally with experience in an international context
Ideally with managerial experience
Strong execution skills and ability to take full ownership of tasks
Solution-oriented and highly autonomous
High level of rigor, attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Fluent French required and professional proficiency in English essential
Spanish or Italian is a plus
Knowledge of the Syntec collective bargaining agreement and/or the Transport collective agreement is a plus
